Offensive subjects: I'm not really offended by much? I'll change this if need be, but if you think it might offend, just ask!

Hugging this character: Yes! He probably won't handle it well, and he might think you're going to attack him, but if he trusts them, it'll be fine.
Kissing this character: Yes! But again, he might not react well. Unless you're Katniss. Which he might also have a problem with.
Flirting with this character: Yes! He might even recognize it.
Fighting with this character: Yes!
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yes! But please ask me first, so we can plot something out. No god-modding or anything, Peeta is used to getting hurt, but I as a player need to plan it out.
Killing this character: Going to go with no for this one, just because I don't think death is something Peeta can handle currently.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes! Just ask me what your character will see, because there is a whole slew of crazy images your character will see.
Warnings: Peeta is taken from the middle of Mockingjay, after he's been tortured. This means his memories are all screwed up, with the happy ones being replaced by scary ones, and he's having a hard time telling the difference. This makes him homicidal and suicidal, and he does harm himself in his attempt to stay in reality. Let me know if this bothers you at all, and I will make sure it doesn't happen in our logs, though your character will see him being crazy; talking to himself, walking around in a daze, etc.
Peeta will probably ask your character questions, followed by "real or not real?" since that is a game his squad devised so that he could sort things out. He'll be demanding about it, but won't hurt anyone who doesn't answer. Also, if your character lets Peeta know what sort of baked goods they like, be prepared for him to bake them for your character all the time.
